Up for consideration is a vintage hand painted watercolor painting by listed American Artist Warren Wesley Ferris 1890-1966, The painting measures 9.5 by 15 inches with the overall dimensions being 13 by 18.5 inches. It is signed in the lower right "Par Fra Warren Ferris". The coloration is wonderful and the piece is very well done. Warren was born in Rochester NY and passed away in LA. California.
