Early Large Figurative Heart Mexican Silver Brooch 55g 3" Taxco Spratling era

Please see photos as part of the description.Up for consideration is a large dramatic early Mexican Silver Figural Heart brooch. It measures 3 inches by about 2.85 inches and is chunky...but displays much larger...it weighs in around 55 grams which is pretty wholesome. The Green stone heart is hand polished by sight meaning the person measured it then polished using their eyes as a gauge for completion...this gives a warm crafty charm of which attracts us to things that are hand made...they have a soul...This is probably an early piece done in the 20's or so before the tourist trade got out of control.
