Floral Oil Painting White Petunias Michael Gerry Chicago w orig Bill Sale 1989

Up for consideration is an early fantastic floral painting by hyper or photo realist artist Michael Gerry of (?-2008). The painting measures 30" by 30" not including the frame. It is signed lower right and is titled and dated on the back "White Petunas VI 1989". It comes from a super clean estate of which the lady loved oil paintings and sculptures from this era. The painting is so well done it looks like a photograph...but upon closer inspection one can see the brush strokes when examining the work with a loop and or magnifying glass...not only is the painting absolutely the best of the best it comes with it's original bill of sale from a Michigan Art Gallery that sold the work probably on consigment with the Gallery as the date of the bill matches the date of the work. This will accompany the sale.
