Vtg 18" orig Watercolor Costume Fashion painting Style Santa Rachel C.

Up for consideration is vintage Costume Design painting or illustration of a Santa Claus by artist 'Rachel Call...?". This one is not signed however I will send a copy of the artist's other work.  The painting or work of art is done by hand on artist board and measures 14 by 18 inches. It is not signed on the back other pieces from the same artist were dated 96 for 1996. This is titled Santa Dog Costume ...perhaps a College exercise in clothing design production.
