Up for consideration is a vintage Modernist painting by listed United States Artist, Tarmo Watia 1938-.The painting measures 24 x 36 and is dated 1961 and is titled Eagle Harbor. It has a hand made thin strip modern frame. Tarmo graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master of Fine Arts Degree in 1962.
