Vtg MCM modernist Still Life w Fruit Oil Painting Bill House Illinois

Up for consideration is a vintage Mid Century "Still life with Pears" by listed Illinois Artist Bill House (20th Century). The painting without the frame measures 21.5 by 18.5 with the overall dimensions being 23.5 by 26.5 inches. It is signed on the lower right "House" it is also titled on the back "Still Life with Pears"  and signed "Wm. House" as well.
