Vtg Oil Painting Portrait Well Done MCM Signed Verso Soyer 16x20 older Frame

Yes we have a vintage oil on canvas board portrait of young girl/lady measuring 16 x 20 inches...It is unsigned on the front however the name Soyer is written on the back of which does not match the any of Russian NY Soyer's from the same family Moses Raphael or Isaac.
