Vtg Robert Sonneman Desk Lamp MCM 7701 Tik adjustable chrome 1970's all original

Up for consideration is a fine Mid Century Modern adjustable Desk Lamp by Robert Sonneman. The lamps stands about 20 inches in height and of which the shade  slides up and down and tilts back and forth.
