Vtg Ward Brothers Pintail Replica Joe Seme 4" Duck Decoy tagged H painted

Up for consideration is a vintage miniature replica of a famous Ward Bros. Pintail Decoy made in 1936. It is tagged on the bottom Joe Seme...who designed and cast these...it looks as if these were hand painted...great for display, a gift of paperweight...and it doesn't take up much room.
