up for consideration is an interesting Antique Mechanical Folk Art Classic Native American in Canoe Whirligig. The fellows paddle arms catch the wind and spin the  paddles like a fan  looking like the fellow is paddling. He measures about 10inches in length with a height including the stand about 11 inches. If you have any questions or something to share please message me.
