Antique Oil Lamp Brass Bronze Base Aurora Flame Spreader

This is an antique oil lamp. It has a twisted bronze stem and black metal base that looks to be porcelain covered. Unsure of maker. It has an Aurora flame spreader. It is untested. It measures 18 1/2" not counting the chimney.
