As an experienced doll restorer, I’m excited to introduce CompFix - REPAIR, an essential restoration compound created and used in my studio, during the repair and rebuilding of antique and vintage composition dolls.
CompFix - REPAIR is designed to address common composition issues such as cracks, holes, surface flaws and missing or damaged areas that require careful rebuilding. This compound is easy to work with, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced restorers.
It applies smoothly to affected areas, dries quickly, and sands easily with fine-grit sandpaper, allowing you to restore shape, structure, and surface integrity with confidence.

How to UseImportant note: Shelf life is 10-20 days due to the nature of the compound.1. Use the attached stir stick to remix the compound if needed. (Add a few drops of distilled water if needed).2. Apply CompFix - REPAIR to flawed areas using a Q-tip, paint brush, mini sculpting tool or your finger. 3. Gently wipe excess material with a dry cloth.4. Allow to dry 2-4 hours.5. Sand lightly with fine-grit sandpaper.6. Use paint over the repaired areas using.
