2 Vintage Valero Champagne Goblet Plastic Protective Liners Only, Replacement

Set of 2, vintage Valero Champagne Goblet Plastic Protective Liners. These are intended as Replacements for missing liners for Valero and similar style goblets, most of which originally came with liners to protect the interiors of the glasses as well as to avoid any leaching of metallic flavor into the spirits served in them. The glasses from 1970's came with glass liners and later were replaced with plastic. These liners measure 4 1/4" in diameter and 2 " deep so check that these will fit into your goblets. Note that the liners were designed to peek above the metal edge of the glass by about 1/2- 3/4" and not flush with the edge. The top edge is slightly thicker to allow for the liner to sit into the bowl of the goblet evenly. These are in very good condition with some minor wear, clean and ready to use. A set to allow a pair of goblets to be used for more than just a toast.
