ANTIQUE GOLD VICTORIAN WOOD OVAL PICTURE FRAME ITALY GILT GESSO 5.5 x 6.5

Vintage/antique wood/gesso gilt small oval Victorian picture frame with hanging loop on long side. Outside measurements of frame are 6 1/2" x 5 1/2" and inside 4.5" x 3 3/8". Was used for picture originally and then removed so shreds of picture dust cover paper still on back. Chips on edges and some wear to the gold leaf - see detailed photos. Lovely small frame for small painting, framed keepsake, silhouette or mirror.
