Antique 1897 Berkshire pattern, 1847 Rogers Silver plate Sugar Spoon with no monogram. This wide bowl spoon measures 6" long, 1 5/8" wide and 1 1/8" high. Not only is the pattern shown on the top of the handle but this spoon also has a repousse patterm on the top of the bowl of the spoon and has a fluted rim. Marked 1847 Rogers AI on back of handle. A lovely pattern In good condition, shows light wear and patina, see photos for details. A great addition to an existing set or a nice antique spoon with baroque flair on its own for a sugar bowl, serving berries, nuts or sauces on a table or bar.
