French silver plate modernist Ash Tray with embossed Fleur-de-lis

Vintage modernist, large, French rectangular silver plate ash tray with embossed Fleur-de-lis. This striking ash tray measures 6" long by 5" wide and has a lip of 1" high. The short wide sides each have a cigarette holder. In very good condition, with some tarnish spots and minor wear present - see photos for details. Purchased at a European flea market from a French seller who was clearing out an estate. This later-20th century ash tray is elegant and due to its size can serve as a catchall or card tray on an entry table or coffee table.
