Gilt Italian Tole Palm Frond Leaf Console Table Base

Vintage, mid century, Italian gilt tole demi-lune, wall mount console table with large palm fronds. The design has 4 long curving fronds that are gathered with a rope tie near the bottom and finished off with a half round frame to hold a table top. This striking piece measures 31" high, 28" wide and 15" deep. Perfect for a hall or small space when paired with a glass, stone or distressed wood half round top. The top frame measures 23 3/4" wide and 15" deep to hold a half round top that measures 24" wide and 15 1/4" deep or larger. The frame has integrated hanging holes on both ends to securely wall mount the piece. In very good condition, with patina and wear to finish from age. Table top not included. Clean and ready to use. Useful as en entry table or as a display bracket or sconce. A striking piece for a hall or small space to add another textural element in a maximalist space or add an unexpected shine to a modern look.
