Hollywood Regency Pinch Pleat Drum Lamp Shade with Gold Braid Trim 18”H

Vintage, mid century, Hollywood Regency style, large drum Lamp Shade in smooth white poly fabric with a scalloped lower edge, pinch pleats and gold braided top and bottom trims. Shade has spider attachment in white metal for mounting on a standard lamp harp. The fabric is a smooth, synthetic stretched and wrapped over the frame in 2 layers - one on the bottom with overlapping vertical wide ribbons and the top, shirred layer that is swept together in the center and pinched together with tinsel-like ties. This large shade measures 18” tall and 14" in diameter. This shade has been cleaned and is in very good vintage condition, with some corrosion on the arms and center of the spider part of the frame - see photos for details. A great shade to enhance a glamorous period lamp!
