Italian Hollywood Regency Gold Gilt Rope Tassel Metal Swivel Vanity Bench Stool

Vintage, Hollywood Regency gilt rope and tassel iron swivel seat vanity stool in very good condition. This stool measures 18" high and 20 1/2" in diameter at widest points. Seat covered in off-white velvet turns both clockwise and counterclockwise and measures 16 1/2" in diameter. In very good condition with use and age markings on gilt iron frame including tarnishing, rubbed off gold finish, scratches and other markings, all which contribute to the lovely patina of this item - see photos for details. One small spot on seat cover as shown in photos. (Seat is removable with nuts and screws on bottom for easy upholstery.) Heavy, sturdy item. Lovely addition to a bedroom, bathroom or fashion closet.
