Vintage, mid century modern, orange and white crackle glaze bowl with 24K gold trim designed by Thorkild Olsen for Royal Copenhagen in 1959. This elegant bowl measures 7" in diameter and stands 1 1/8" high off a footed base that measures 3 5/8" in diameter. The Crown Mark of Royal Copenhagen and the famous blue waves (see below for detail), the finish artist and piece number are on the bottom of the bowl: 212/2568 CLX. In excellent condition. A great addition to a collection or to use as a decorative piece, a catchall or for food service.
