SHERRI JENNINGS ITALY Cuff Bracelet Vtg Black Czech Crystal Agate Stone Bronze

Stunning, Large SHERRI L JENNINGS design Cuff Bracelet encrusted with bronze mounted black baroque crystals and center oval agate cabochon. The center stone is a 1" tall black agate cushion shaped oval with brown and white striping. Each of the vintage black oval and round Czech crystals, with Italian style crustal cuts, have been carefully prong mounted and range in size from 2" - 1/2" wide. The cuff opens on bronze hinges and locks with a matching push latch. Overall, the bracelet measures 3" by 3 1/2" by 3 1/2" high and weighs 7.6 ounces. The piece is marked SLJ ITALY on the center inside panel behind the cabochon. This piece is from 2011 and hand made in Italy, and are typical of Sherri Jennings use of vintage materials and inspiration by the glamour of old Hollywood. (Sherri Jennings grew up in Napa, CA and was greatly inspired by the glitz and glamour of old Hollywood at a young age. Following receipt of a fine art degree from University of California Davis, she traveled to Italy. She fell in love with the history, art and landscape of Tuscany and later established a home and business in Florence. The successful  import business brought American costume jewelry to exclusive Italian boutiques. Later, using her background in art and fashion, she began to design her own pieces using vintage stones and findings and the style of old Hollywood with its glitz and glamour, selling pieces all around the world. All of her pieces are marked with the SLJ ITALY mark and are still very sough after today.) This cuff is in very good condition, with only slight corrosion present in small areas on the inside - see photos for details. An absolutely fabulous piece!
