Toile de Jouy Lamp Shade in Laura Ashley 'Charmed Rustic Life ' pattern

Vintage, New in original packaging, Laura Ashley 'Charmed Rustic Life' Toile de Jouy pattern fabric, large, softback, round bell Lamp Shade in Clay and Earth colorway. This lovely lamp shade measures 5 3/8" in diameter at the top and 14 1/8" diameter at the bottom and is 11" tall. The outside is covered with smooth, woven cotton/linen, 3-color (redish, ivory, tan) toile printed fabric showing a french summer countryside scene with figures, trees, roosters, donkeys and baskets with matching fabric tape covered edges. The interior is smooth, silk-like ivory fabric. Brass spider fitting appropriate for standard lamp harp. This lamp shade is in very good condition, with some slight marks on the interior bottom edge as shown in photos. Originally sold for $169 in specialty interior design shop. A charming lamp shade with natural colors for a traditional accent in a contemporary interior.
