Unusual Vintage Asian Painted Silk Lamp Shade Rectangular Bamboo MCM Signed

Unusual, vintage Chinese or Japanese, signed, silk-screened or hand painted silk lamp shade with with bamboo branches and leaves in soft black on a cream background and trimmed with brown silk gimp with characters in red ink. Such shades were made in China and Japan but mostly brought to the US in the 1940s from Japan. Not able to translate the red written text to know if this was made for a specific event, location, use. This large rectangular shade measures 12" high and 14 1/2" on the front/back top and 19 1/4" on the front/back bottom and 10 1/4" on the top of the sides and 13 1/2" on the bottoms. This shade is carefully handcrafted as seen in the wrapping of the wire frame as well as the 2 layers of silk covering the sides (the painted layer with a translucent fine layer over it), to give the image its lovely misty look, and the application of the textured gimp on all edges.  The shade shows some wear on the exposed metal of the frame on top and there is some staining of the silk on the inside, which is not visible on the outside - see photos for details of this. Otherwise in very good condition, with no snags or tears in the fabric and no dents or bending in the frame. An accent with character for maximalist, hollywood regency, traditional or modern decor.
