Vintage MCM 60s Hand Painted Mushroom Divided Bowl Dish Italy Boomerang Atomic

Vintage, 1960s, mid century modern, divided serving Dish with whimsically hand painted colorful mushrooms and glossy glaze. This Atomic style, boomerang-shaped dish measures 15 1/4" long, 7" wide and 1 3/8" high and is divided into 2 bowl-like sections. Marked "6598/2 ITALY" painted black on the bottom. An unusual piece. In overall good condition, with 2 chips found on the tips of the sections as shown in detailed photos. (These chips are not immediately evident when viewed from the top of the dish as seen in overall photos). An unusual piece with a sense of whimsy! Enjoy on its own or for serving dinner, for a dish on a buffet or appetizers on a bar.
