Vintage Mission Deco Heavy Frosted Glass Light Shade Square Clear VGC

Vintage, Deco or Mission style, square shapedclear frosted pressed glass light fixture shade. Salvage item from 1930s Mission style home in San Diego. This is a clear glass shade that has had the side panels individually frosted in the center of each panel, leaving clear glass borders around each panel and the fitter in clear glass (rather than the entire shade frosted all-over). In addition, this shade is made of thick, heavy glass. It measures 4 1/8" high (to the top of the fitting) and 4 3/5" square around the bottom. The outside lip of the fitter measures 2 1/4" across which is suitable for a 2" light fixture fitting. The to opening for the bulb is 1 1/2" across. Very good condition with no cracks, chips, markings. Nice replacement shade or an interesting update to a modern fixture.
