Vintage Rolex Bucherer Geneva Souvenir Spoon Silverplate Lake View

Vintage, Silverplate Rolex Bucherer Watches Collectible Gift or Souvenir Spoon, Geneva model. Bucherer, a jewelry retailer in Switzerland which had 8 locations, first produced such demitasse spoons at its Lucerne Switzerland store. These were gifted with the purchase of a Rolex watch from Bucherer and emblazoned with the city name of the store where the watch was purchased. These spoons were never sold separately. This spoon is marked Geneva on the stem, and Rolex (with crown) and Bucherer (with tree) on the top of the handle, Bucherer of Switzerland on the back of the stem, with the spoon bowl engraved with a lake view of the city. Marked CB 6.9M on the back, meaning that the spoon contains 6.9g of silver. In very good condition, see photos. A good piece for a collection or to actually use as a demitasse spoon for a whimsical touch to an espresso cup.
