Vintage Spain White Ceramic Pottery Cachepot Woven Rope Basket Planter 6.5"H

Vintage White, Woven, Twisted Rope-look Ceramic Planter or Cachepot. Nice open lacework design, fluted top rim and 4 scrolled feet. This handcrafted pottery basket is made in Spain and measures 6 1/2" high and 8" diameter around the outside of the top edge and 5 1/8" diameter on the bottom rim of the pot part. Inside measurements are 6" in diameter on the top inside rim and 4 1/4" on the bottom and 5 3/4" high. In very good condition with only a few markings on the inside bottom and some slight discoloration on the bottom of the feet - see photos for details (the first 4 photos are photos of each side of the pot so you can see the condition of all sides). Although these pots are commonly used to hold small indoor plants, they can serve a host of purposes - holding silverware on a buffet, serve breadsticks, hold brushes/combs in a bath, etc. The whimsical design suits many styles.
