For sale is a decorative vintage German-style ceramic beer stein featuring a hinged metal/pewter-style lid and detailed raised relief scenes.

The stein has a deep cobalt blue glazed body with raised cream/tan relief panels, including an alpine-style building scene, floral border details, and a colourful folk dancing / village scene. The handle has carved-style detailing, and the lid includes a thumb lift.

The base is marked with an impressed logo and the number 2048.
