Mirror itself is in excellent shape. Mirror has been kept stored inside the box. Includes original box and bubble wrap. The box has shelf wear and a tear on the lower left corner. This was one of the biggest prizes from the official Biohazard Kuji (lottery) that took place a few years ago. You could only win these items by participating in an in-store lottery in a participating Japanese store. These were never sold individually.
