Japan exclusive edition. This CD was a pack-in with the December 2002 issue of Famitsu Cube+Advance Magazine and is long out of print. Comes complete with 1 discs and paper sleeve. The sleeve has some wear and clear tape on it.
As you may know, Super Smash Bros. Melee's soundtrack was recorded by a live orchestra and this is the recording of that soundtrack.
