On offer today is a limited edition Yoshitaka Amano art print featuring characters from Final Fantasy, Vampire Hunter D, and Guin Saga. This print features Cloud Strife (Final Fantasy VII), Mog (Final Fantasy series), D (Vampire Hunter D), and Guin (Guin Saga) all fighting a ferocious monster together.
This print combines several of Mr. Amano's most recognized characters in one design. It is extremely rare to see Final Fantasy characters cross over with non-Square-Enix properties, so don't miss your chance to own this.
I purchased this print directly at Yoshitaka Amano's exhibition in Sapporo, Japan, on January 20, 2013. I believe this print was a limited edition to his 2013 tour as he was doing a lot of 'chibi' styles that year. See photos above from the exibition above.
The print measures approximately 16.5 inches by 11.5 inches and is on heavy stock paper with a slight gloss finish.
The Yoshitaka Amano art exhibition ran at the Sapporo Factory Hall in Sapporo Japan from January 18 to January 21, 2013. Mr. Amano appeared in person on the 20th to give a speech and to sign autographs for a few gallery visitors. You can see the official page for this event at dealer's website, Art Vivant.
