Beautiful vintage drop earrings designed by Lewis Segal of California are 1 3/4 inch long. The design--specifically the combination of baguette tops and dangling faceted crystals-- is a signature style of the California-based designer. Lewis Segal was a prominent costume jeweler active from 1943 through the 1980s, know for high quality Art Deco and Mid-century modern clip-on designs. Most likely made with rhodium-plated silver-tone metal and clear rhinestones. These are beautiful! The stones radiate sparkling shine.
