Thes are the foldable kind of bookends. Each elephant has wonderful hand carved detail. They are placed on top of a pedestal with equally interesting carved detail. These are in good vintage condition- they are missing the removable tusks. These bookends boho/mid century chic, We are unsure of the country of origin or of the maker maker; so you get the chance to make up your own origin story.
