Designed by the renowned Jacob Zook company of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, this iconic 24-inch barn size sign features the beloved "Wilkom" (Welcome) Bird of Paradise design.

In Pennsylvania Dutch folklore, the distelfink bird brings good luck and happiness, while the heart symbolizes love, hospitality, and a welcoming household.

• Dimensions: Just under 24" in diameter

• Material: Silk-screened on thick, sturdy vintage Masonite hardboard.

•Condition: In good vintage condition with incredible color vibrancy. The graphics are bold. As a true vintage piece, it shows light, expected signs of age, including a minor, thin hairline scratch in the black field and light rub marks/minor wear in areas along the outermost white edge (please see the close-up photos). There is no warping, moisture damage, or structural cracking. The small hole in the center is intentional from production.

The original paper label was taped to the back but due to age has come off. Will be included when shipped.

Perfect for a gallery wall, a retro farmhouse kitchen, or displayed under a covered porch.
