Vintage Colonial Williamsburg Father Christmas 16 Piece Ceramic Dinnerware Set, 8 Salad Plates and 8 Mugs Hand Decorated in Virginia

This vintage 16-piece holiday dinnerware set from Colonial Williamsburg, hand-decorated in Virginia, features the highly collectible Father Christmas folk art pattern. This set includes 8 salad/dessert plates and 8 matching mugs-creating a complete, festive table setting for eight guests.

The folk art set includes:

•8 Plates (8" salad/dessert size): Feature an assortment of 4 distinct Father Christmas illustrations. A pair of each of the 4 unique designs.

• 8 Mugs (4 1/4" tall): Feature a panoramic wrap-around design showcasing all 4 distinct Old World Santas together on every single mug.

Each individual piece features the official "Hand-Decorated in Virginia Colonial Williamsburg" maker's mark stamped on the bottom. The designs feature beautiful Old World Santas in gold, red, green, and black coats framed by a continuous rim of deep green holly leaves and red berries.

•Condition: The entire set is free from chips, cracks, crazing, and utensil marks. One of the plates has a small manufacturing blemish on the underside of the rim. There is still glaze in this area (shown best in last picture).
