This privacy policy explains how Nembol Inc (United States) handles personal data on the public directory at mynembol.com.
1. What we collect on this directory
This directory is a read-only catalog. We do not require accounts, logins, or personal information to browse it. The data we process when you visit:
- Server logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp. Used for security, abuse prevention and aggregate analytics. Retained 90 days.
- Cookies: this directory does not set tracking cookies. We may set a session cookie strictly for security purposes (e.g. CSRF protection on forms).
- Analytics: aggregate, IP-anonymised page-view counts. No persistent identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
2. What is shown publicly
Shop and product listings shown on this directory come from sellers' Nembol accounts. Sellers control what is published by enabling/disabling EasyWebsite and editing their shop settings inside Nembol. To remove your shop from this directory, disable EasyWebsite in your Nembol account settings.
3. When you visit a shop
Clicking on a shop or product takes you to the seller's storefront, which is operated by the seller. The seller's own privacy policy applies on that storefront. We are not responsible for data collected by individual shops.
4. Third parties on this directory
- Google Fonts — typography (no cookies, IP only used for delivery).
- Unsplash — fallback shop banners for shops without uploaded images.
- Cloudinary — delivery of images uploaded by sellers.
None of these set tracking cookies on this directory.
5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, or California, you have the right to:
- Access, correct or delete personal data we may hold about you;
- Object to processing, or request portability;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Sellers and buyers
If you are a Nembol seller, the Nembol privacy policy on the main marketing site governs your account data. If you are a buyer who purchased from a shop you discovered here, the seller's privacy policy on their storefront governs your purchase data.
7. Children
This directory is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
