1. About this site
This is an aggregator directory that lists independent online shops powered by Nembol's EasyWebsite feature, and a cross-shop showcase of products those shops sell. Nembol Inc operates this directory; each shop is operated independently by its respective seller.
2. No purchases on this site
No transactions take place on mynembol.com directly. When you click on a shop or product, you are taken to the seller's storefront — either on a Nembol subdomain or on the seller's custom domain. Each seller has their own terms and conditions, refund policy, and payment processing (typically PayPal). Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the seller, not Nembol Inc.
3. Listings accuracy
Shop and product listings on this directory are populated automatically from data sellers maintain in their Nembol account. Nembol Inc does not edit or curate this content. We exclude shops with cancelled or expired subscriptions, and shops that have not yet enabled their public storefront.
4. Intellectual property
The Nembol and EasyWebsite names, logos, and the design of this directory are the property of Nembol Inc. Product names, descriptions and images shown on this directory belong to their respective sellers and are reproduced here with their consent (granted as part of the EasyWebsite Terms each seller accepts when enabling the feature).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or systematically download content from this site outside the bounds of
robots.txtand/sitemap.xml; - Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the directory;
- Use this site to harvest contact data or impersonate sellers.
