vintage contemporary stand. He measures 17 inches wide at the wing tips 13 inches long form beak to tail with overall height including the base 12 inches and of course he is unmarked. Overall this is loss of here and there and with the actual carving exposed at the foot. It really has a look to it with old red primer showing through along with the Gesso. The photo coloration sort of justifies or blends everything together whereas in real viewing there is more character imperfections patina...It really is a great piece and unique for sure.
