0349----C.1906 W.H. BRICKER MT VERNON OH POSTCARD - CIVIL WAR VET 142ND INFANTRY Original real photo postcard of the William Bricker family of Mt. Vernon Ohio, posing in front of their large farmhouse.   Id'd on the front, as W.H. Bricker, Mount Vernon. SInce this postcard has an "undivided back" it can be dated bewteen 1904-1907. Bricker is seated center, presumably surrounded by his two daughters (Ruth b. 1897 - Mary b. 1900) and Mina all on his left.  There are also two older girls to his right (standing apart from the family) who could be domestics or neighbors. Records indicate this house was located on Wooster Road in the earlier 1900s, before the family moved to North Gay Street in the 1920s. William Bricker was a member of the 142nd Ohio Infantry, Co H.
