Description
0546----1930 BEAVER CREEK BRIDGE BLACK HILLS SOUTH DAKOTA ORIGINAL NEGATIVE
Original 1930 negative with a fine clear image of the Beaver Creek Bridge, Black
Hills SD.
Annotated at top of the negative "Sept 2 - '30"
From a collection of original negatives from a tourist trip to South Dakota.
Most of the negatives have a note identifying the scene, and date of September
1930.
This was one of the few that was not id'd, but was easily recognized as the
Beaver Creek Bridge (finished in 1929).
Based on the other negatives we have seen, the man in the white shirt is present
in most of the images.
Here he is taking photographs, while his transport auto is parked on the bridge.
This man is frequently pictured holding his camera near his tour vehicle.
We have scanned all of the negatives, and will present the image in each
listing.
Negatives are all approx 4-1/2 x 2-1/2 and in Ex condition.
Please note: Since these are negatives, most will be shown as a reverse image,
unless
there is a sign or other wording, which we have "flipped."
The buyer will receive the original negative in this listing ONLY, no prints or
other images are included,
and will become the rightful owner to create future photographs.
