2216----1883 HARTLAND NY DAVID M. GARDNER ESTATE BOOK WITH AUCTION INVENTORY An original estate ledger book for "David M. Gardner" of Hartland NY.  Appears that Mr. Gardner passed away in 1883 and this book was kept by an attorney or family member.  Several pages of inventory of personal and estate items that have been sold or auctioned.  Many names listed, most likely local residents of Hartland or nearby in Niagara County NY.  Fannie Gardner was the sister-in-law of David and apparently is the executor.   She was the widow of Aaron Gardner, brother of David, and her name appears several times.     The book is 6-3/4 x 4 and in VG condition. * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
