Up for consideration is an Antique Tudor or Spanish Revival form large and
difficult to encounter Metal Fireplace Tinder or Wood storage Box. The piece measures a whopping 31 inches long by 18 inches in height with a depth of 17 inches please note that there is a slight slant ( say slight slant 3 times quickly after eating 5 dry crackers) dropping 2 inches to 16 inches at the front...from 18 in the back. This piece could also double as a Medieval or Gothic piece...you know sorta of handmade plain...with hand wrought looking rivets. It is also on wheels which are not that reliable meaning they are not new and they need to be checked ...and I will report back. Please note there is only one angle elbow support strut that would help hold the lid open freely. Meaning there is one missing. Nonetheless despite all the quirky little things about it it really has that old world charm...and of course this particular style is not readily available upon demand...(unless you want something new). You can find hundreds possibly thousands wood boxes with of brass sheeting that covers the box completely and is embossed with English Scenes they are everywhere...this style the Spanish and or Tudor style not so much. Please see photos as part of the description. If you have any questions, concerns or something to share please message me. Buyer pays shipping. This is somewhat of a larger piece so shipping is bit expensive. Best Regards,JohnJohnnyCrystal Est. 1987
