Up for consideration is a fine old Antique White Mountain or Hudson River Valley
Landscape. The painting alone without the frame measures 18 by 30 with overall dimensions being slightly larger...The piece depicts a couple of Indians or Mountain Men standing in the Valley with a rifle in hand. It is somewhat of naive painting however it has a wonderful palette and lots of charm. Does not appear to be signed. The painting is probably from the latter part of the 19th century.
