Artist, Tarmo Watia 1938-.The painting measures 24 x 36 and is dated 1961 and is titled Eagle Harbor. It has a hand made thin strip modern frame. Tarmo graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master of Fine Arts Degree in 1962. Hence this was done early during his student years in Michigan...he has since evolved into an artist who blossomed dramatica with color and form.
