1113----c.1880 Syracuse Fish Rod Co rare split bamboo fishing rod

1113----C.1880 SYRACUSE FISH ROD CO RARE SPLIT BAMBOO FISHING ROD Rare split bamboo rod from the Syracuse Fish Rod Co, circa 1880. Not much info online, but appears this company was out of existence by 1890. We were able to find one good article from 1888. The 3 piece rod rests firmly in its unique wood carrying case. All brass fittings.  Everything appears to be in VG condition. Eyelets are intact and sturdy.  We are selling as-is and as-viewed in photos.
