Beautiful artist rendering aerial view of the Eagle Ridge Lakes Drive community of Fort Myers Florida. This location is at American Colony Drive and Eagle Ridge Drive, off Daniels Parkway. The In-Laws purchased a condo on Eagle Ridge Lakes Drive around 2005 before moving back to PA in 2013. This artwork was prominently displayed there for several years. Originally framed, it was mishandled and broken on the move back and was never reframed or displayed since. The art remains in perfect condition. It was created on a very heavy mounting board (much heavier than card stock) which measures 37 x 22. The color scene itself is 32-3/4 x 18. It is unsigned, and lacks a copyright, so I do not know the history. I have uploaded an aerial view from the web for your review. This item will (this time) be correctly and carefully packaged to avoid damage.
